Rozaio Hotel - Jeddah

The personnel was very, very nice and courteous, doing their best to assist. The room was separate and with very comfy beds. Climate control, a flat-screen TV and a fridge were available here.

This place is a great base for exploring and has helpful staff at the reception, a wide array of breakfast options, and is conveniently located near fantastic restaurants.

Convenient breakfast options available. The location is close to a variety of great restaurants and attractions. It's also not too far from the Al Shate'e Market, which is a plus! 🍳

The rooms at Rozaio werevery comfy and tidy. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

We loved having a separate sitting area, ironing facilities, and a work desk in the deluxe junior suite.

We stayed in a reasonably large and new-fashioned room that had a fridge, coffee/tea making machines, and a seating area. Beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was marvellous.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location made it easy to explore the area, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Our room was clean and well, maintained, and the bathroom facilities were up to standard. the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, from check, in to check, out. We especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options. On top of that, the hotel had a fitness center, which was a nice added bonus.

The pool area could use some improvements to make it a more comfortable and inviting place to relax.

The hotel room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. The hotel is located near popular tourist attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was friendly and helpful with providing recommendations for places to visit.

The noise level in the hotel was extremely high and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The walls between rooms seemed thin, as I could hear my neighbors talking and watching TV late into the night.

The accommodation provided an incredible atmosphere for our Christmas holiday. the room was well-furnished and impeccably cleaned daily, and the staff treated us with the most heartfelt kindness. our kids enjoyed the indoor pool area and the area was located near a variety of restaurants and shopping centers, making it quite convenient for us. Lastly, the commute to and from the airport was seamless and rapid.

The breakfast provided was a disappointment as it was cold and lacking in variety. the Wi-Fi was not as strong as I anticipated, making it troublesome to keep in touch with friends and family during our holiday.
